About
Us
Artists’ Circle is an association of artists who live and work in Minnesota and western Wisconsin, and serves as an educational advocate for art and fine craft. Our organization promotes venues for the exhibition and sale of work by local art and fine craft professionals.
Creativity and originality, skillful use of materials, and presentation are the professional criteria.
The organization produces two juried art fairs in St. Paul:
the highly regarded Art at Ramsey (since 1995)
in conjunction with Saint Paul Public Schools Community Education
and Art at St. Kate’s (since 2008) in cooperation with Textile Center.
Artists’ Circle encourages new artists to exhibit and sell at juried art fairs with its Emerging Artist Scholarship for Art at Ramsey. As part of our dedication to educational outreach, we are committed to encouraging school-age youth to pursue
their artistic interests by participating in the Youth Art Fair at Art at Ramsey.
